"Mormon Helping Hands" use a broom at Kelly Elementary School. Others volunteers
raked leaves and painted lines and
window frames. Helpers were mostly from the Long
Beach Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS, AKA Mormons).

Papua New Guinea - Islands of Mystery
Papua New Guinea is full of rugged jungles wholly
untouched by
modern civilization.
Some visitors have looked for the strange ropen that lives on this island.
It flies around at night with a glow that is said to be bright. What about the ropen? Some Americans say it is a giant pterodactyl.
"Why did I go to that remote tropical island? To investigate reports of a large nocturnal
flying creature that the local people call “ropen.” I came back with notes and video from interviewing about seventeen reliable eyewitnesses
who saw the elusive creature . . ." (Whitcomb)
